Returns & Refunds Policy
At V6 AUTO PARTS, we aim to make returns simple and hassle-free.

2. Return Conditions
For a full refund under our voluntary change-of-mind policy, the product should normally be:
- Unused and not installed
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Complete with all parts and accessories
- In its original packaging where reasonably possible
- Suitable for resale
A refund may be reduced or refused for voluntary returns where the product has been used, installed, damaged, modified, has missing parts or is no longer suitable for resale.
3. Online Cancellation Rights
If you purchase online as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from receiving eligible goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order. You then normally have another 14 days to return the goods.
Our voluntary return policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
